Refund Policy

The International Mentors Credentialing Council (IMCC) follows a transparent and timebound refund policy to ensure fairness to participants while accounting for administrative, academic, and resource commitments made in advance of each programme.

Please read this section carefully before registering.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only to programme fees and are calculated based on the date on which a written cancellation request is formally received by IMCC. Verbal or informal communication will not be considered valid for refund processing.

2. Refund Structure

  • 80% Refund
Applicable if the participant cancels more than 21 calendar days prior to the official course start date.
  • 40% Refund
Applicable if the participant cancels between 8 to 21 calendar days before the official course start date.
  • No Refund
No refunds will be issued if cancellation is made within 7 calendar days of the course start date, or after the programme has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Processing Charge

A processing and administrative charge of INR 5,000 (or USD 75) is non-refundable in all cases, irrespective of the date of cancellation. This fee covers:

  • Application review and verification
  • Registration and system setup
  • Faculty planning and cohort allocation
  • Credentialing and documentation preparation

The processing charge is deducted before calculating any eligible refund amount.

4. Mode and Timeline of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.
  • Refunds may take 15–21 working days from the date of approval, depending on banking and international transaction timelines.
  • Any applicable taxes (GST or international transaction charges) will be adjusted as per statutory norms.

5. Transfer, Deferment, and Substitution

  • Programme fees are non-transferable between participants.
  • Requests for deferral to a future cohort may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to academic and administrative approval.
  • IMCC reserves the right to levy an administrative fee for approved deferments.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

IMCC may, at its sole discretion, review refund or deferment requests arising from exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies or force majeure events). Supporting documentation may be required.

7. IMCC’s Right to Amend

IMCC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy in line with regulatory, academic, or operational requirements. Any such changes will be communicated through the official website.
