Any mentor holding an active IMCC credential (Level 1, 2, or 3) whose expiry date is approaching or has recently lapsed (see Lapsed & Reinstatement below).
Renewal window opens: ~90 days before your expiry date
Grace period (if needed): Short window after expiry with late conditions (see
Lapsed & Reinstatement)
Processing time: Begins after submission + payment; status visible in your
dashboard
Log in using your IMCC ID. Your dashboard shows your credential status, expiry date, and renewal checklist.
You’ll see:
Add mentoring hours from the current credential cycle.
Log your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities from this cycle. Typical activities include:
workshops/webinars, supervision circles, conferences, delivering training, research/publication, or structured reflective study.
For each entry, add: title, provider, date, duration, proof (certificate/agenda/URL/notes).
Review the current Code of Ethics and submit your annual recommitment.
Upload a brief reflection (guided prompts provided) on:
(Level 3 may be asked for a mini case-note or evidence of supervision.)
Proceed to the Renewal Fee checkout in your dashboard.
You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation and an email receipt.
Your submission is verified by the IMCC team. A random audit sample is applied across renewals. If selected, you may be asked to provide:
When approved, your credential validity is extended for the next 3 years. You’ll get:
